Grow your HR career in a team that values collaboration and innovation We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Support this role you will play a key part in providing administrative and customer service support to the HR team ensuring smooth delivery of people-related services across Council. This role helps create a positive experience for employees and supports effective HR operations. Key responsibilities of the position include : Provide efficient and high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Human Resources team. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to Council policies procedures and compliance requirements. Support recruitment activities including interview coordination system updates and candidate communication. Prepare employee correspondence exercise discretion and confidentiality and contribute to HR initiatives and projects as required. Ability to use of contemporary digital technology software applications and records. management tools. The successful applicant will have : Excellent ability to collaborate with others to support team goals Interpersonal skills that build good work relationships Ability to show initiative and be proactive in finding improved ways to accomplish work Personal effectiveness through being organised reliable and self-aware Effective time management and ability to balance multiple tasks Experience with providing administrative and customer service support.
