The Opportunity We’re searching for a Clinical Director / Head of Medical who’s bold enough to lead in joining us to shape the future of proactive healthcare. You’ll be the clinical brain and heart of TeleMed - leading our nationwide network of doctors and nurses, driving innovation in treatment protocols, governance, and patient outcomes, and setting the benchmark in digital care. What You’ll Do Lead and oversee clinical governance, safety, and compliance across the platform. Maintain governance and medico-legal compliance with development and/or refinement of policies and SOP. Develop and implement treatment protocols and new clinical programs (i.e. the clinical architecture) in regenerative and functional medicine. Setting good practice quality standards for prescribing, monitoring, and follow-up. Mentor and train a team of doctors and nurses to deliver best-in-class patient care. Collaborate with medical teams and pharmacy teams as needed. Collaborate with tech and operations teams to design seamless clinical workflows that scale. Consult with patients via telehealth where needed, and continue to help shape the protocols that define the healthcare we present. Review and approve personalised treatment plans, where eligible, and subsequent prescribing. Maintain alignment with evolving best practices, guidelines, and therapeutic innovations. Stay current with evidence-based applications of compounded formulations across sterile and non-sterile therapies.
