We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team — someone who values precision, produces food with integrity, and takes pride in elevating every detail on the plate. As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen brigade to execute our menu to the highest standard. From Japanese A5 Wagyu to premium Australian producers, you will handle some of the finest beef in the world – cooked with respect, finesse, and consistency. We are a team that learns, grows, and strives together, with humility and discipline at the heart of our craft.
