As a Direct Care Worker (Community), you will provide hands‑on support to aged, frail, or disabled clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life in their chosen environment. About the Role In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities and provide direct care services under the supervision of the Coordinator. You will work closely with Community Health professionals as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver safe, person‑centred care tailored to each client’s individual needs. What We’re Looking For Experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day‑to‑day execution of a position. Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
