The Opportunity: We’re seeking experienced Site Supervisors who can bring strong leadership to our mobile crushing teams. You’ll be responsible for driving production performance, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Benefits: Permanent role 5 week annual leave entitlement Employee Benefits (discounts on airport parking, hotels, retail, entertainment, mobile/internet plans and more) Training & career progression 2:1 roster, FIFO (ex-Perth) or Kalgoorlie Residential role Working across a variety of Axis projects across the Kalgoorlie and Northern Goldfields regions Access to EAP counselling services and resources to support employees' and their families mental and emotional well-being Working with a personable and relatable leadership team who recognise and reward highly skilled people that contribute to the success of the business Qualifications: Previous experience within mining, civil or quarry environments working with 3-stage mobile crushing circuits & associated equipment Demonstrated ability to lead safe and productive teams Good time management and work prioritisation skills Strong relationship skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders Ability to administer/comply with site systems, procedures and complete routine workplace inspections, audits and reports as required Demonstrated ability to organise and achieve safe production schedules / plans Previous experience in gold mining projects is highly desirable Current Driver’s License Ability to pass a pre-employment medical Have or be able to obtain a National Police Check Our Commitment: At Axis, we’re building something different.
