The role of a lifeguard is to supervise the aquatic space while proactively ensuring a safe environment in and around the pool area, whilst being able to anticipate and respond swiftly to issues which may arise. Lifeguards are required to ensure facility rules are being followed, educate facility users about safe practices and provide excellent customer service to all. We currently have the following positions available to join our Venue Operations Team. Position 1 Summer Roster at St Marys & Penrith Monday : 5am-1pm Tuesday 5am-1pm Thursday 5am-1pm Friday 5am-1pm Note: Winter Roster at St Marys only TBC Position 2 Summer Roster at St Marys & Penrith Monday 9am-5pm Tuesday 9am-5pm Thursday 9am-5pm Friday 9am-5pm Note: Winter Roster at St Marys only TBC Lifeguard shifts are across a variety of hours, ranging from 5am-10pm, including weekend work.
