You naturally foster a culture of safety and compliance, and you’re motivated by helping teams work smarter, safer, and more effectively. To be successful in this role you will have: You are a trade-qualified professional (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or Building) with: 10+ years’ experience in a licensed trade discipline. Strong working knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Building Codes, and Australian Standards . Demonstrated experience in compliance management, auditing, or supervision . Proven ability to investigate incidents, manage risk, and implement corrective actions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report writing skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to influence others in compliance best practice. Qualifications Trade qualified in at least one licensed trade (Electrician, Plumbing, HVAC or Building) with at least 10 years experience. Current C Class driver's license National Police Clearance Additional information This is a Brisbane-based role, Monday to Friday- full time hours. There will be regular site travel required.
