We are seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team, supporting our Blue Connections mid‑market customer base. This role is a key part of our unified future — helping ensure exceptional service to our customers while contributing to a cohesive, high‑performing approach across the combined business. What you’ll be doing The position is responsible for managing all steps in the sales cycle supporting the Sales Account Executives with their portfolio of customers ensuring all the administrative duties are managed and completed to ensure smooth execution of customer transactions. Primary Responsibilities Works with account executive to manage key accounts and provide administrative support Be the internal point of contact for clients Ensure all applicable customer data is updated in JIM 2 Manage all parts of the sales process for assigned Customers Ensure time requirements are met and any changes communicated to the Customer Assist the team in meeting targets and KPIs Prioritise tasks constantly throughout the day/week/month Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner Maintain knowledge of other accounts as required for backup support Manage buffer stock for your portfolio of clients Be an active member of all Project Deployments for AE, assisting where required Liaise with all other BC departments to ensure continuity for customer Ensure escalation of any potential challenge/risk to SAE as identified Source competitive pricing for hardware and software, contributing to cost‑effective solutions. Generate accurate and timely quotes for hardware and software solutions. Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring smooth end-to-end transactions. Coordinate invoicing activities to support accurate forecasting and revenue tracking. What will make you successful in this role? Strong Commercial awareness to support accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility. Ability to greet clients in a friendly and courteous manner. Customer service skills with focus on understanding customers’ needs and delivering right outcomes Willingness to learn Sales aptitude – engaging, resilient and driven Organisational and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a key member of a collaborative team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible, adaptable and adept at handling change and working under pressure Self‑motivated with strong worth ethics Capacity to prioritise and delegate tasks Well‑presented and engaging Well‑developed liaison skills, including excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with a range of stakeholders Excellent time management skills including working to deadlines, attending to detail at all times A proactive, collaborative mindset and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
