We manage tenancy services, support housing provision in remote Aboriginal communities, and oversee government employee accommodation. This position leads the strategic development and implementation of professional standards, misconduct prevention and education programs to foster a culture of integrity and transparency. Operating within a complex regulatory and operational environment, the role provides expert advice on sensitive and high‑risk matters, oversees investigations into staff conduct and ensures compliance with statutory obligations and internal policies. The role is pivotal in shaping and managing the organisation’s integrity framework, including corruption prevention, misconduct assessment and critical incident reviews. As a key member of the executive team, the Director will lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as oversight bodies, law enforcement and regulatory agencies to ensure best practice in governance and professional conduct. The role also contributes to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organisational resilience against misconduct and corruption.
