Quantity Surveyor/Senior Estimator

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. We are a leader in cost management within the civil, commercial and residential sectors. What You'll Do : Develop comprehensive cost estimates across the entire project lifecycle Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes Source, evaluate, and negotiate competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers Monitor project costs, assess variations, and manage contractual claims Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery Identify potential risks, propose alternatives, and drive value-engineering opportunities Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field/equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in cost estimating software (Buildsoft preferred) and MS Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
