Supagas is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of LPG, industrial, medical and specialty gases, known nationally for safety, service and innovation. As Supagas continue to grow, they are seeking a capable, credible and people focused Senior HR Officer to join their team in Dandenong and provide HR support across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, accountability and being visible within the business – someone confident in their communication style who can build trust, influence outcomes and support leaders through employee matters with ease. Key Responsibilities Provide full generalist HR support across multi‑site operations Lead and advise on employee relations matters including investigations, disputes, complaints and performance management Coach managers and leaders on best practice HR, documentation and decision making Drive positive workplace culture, engagement and compliance Support policy review, continuous improvement and broader HR project delivery Partner with the National HR Manager to execute HR initiatives and business priorities Who Supagas is looking for Supagas are seeking an experienced HR professional who is confident and grounded – someone who listens, builds relationships with integrity, and communicates with clarity and purpose.
