Work Close to Home Yatala Location Busy Manufacturing Environment Great Work Life Balance We are excited to welcome our newest Warehouse Operator to our Yatala Manufacturing Site - where we manufacture Australia's tastiest pet foods including fresh VIP, Trilogy, Ivory Coat and Natures Gift In this role you will be part of a fun and fast-paced environment with a team that is down to earth and who enjoy good banter Yatala is one of the largest fresh pet food manufacturing sites in the world, and is where we process raw protein for our fresh pet food. It is known as a 'wet' site, so you will need to be comfortable working on a site that processes meat and short-shelf-life products. This role is covered by the Award, so you will be one of our valued hourly workers. Working hours are Mon-Fri 06:00am - 02:00pm with penalties for any overtime. Key Responsibilities Manage the stock levels and movement of our inventory to pick face locations using RF scanner & QAD Load/unload trucks Picking of all orders in time for planned dispatch, return stock to warehouse Ensuring all orders are picked and checked in time for planned dispatch Creation of distribution orders Receipt of inwards goods, purchase order receipt in QAD Prepare and issue COR paperwork for outgoing goods Place orders/reordering of raw and packaging materials Ensure the warehouse is always kept in a neat and tidy condition Conduct cycle counts Problem solving Maintain inventory accuracy and perform stock takes and cycle counting on a weekly basis About you Proficiency and licences in both counterbalance and high reach forklift Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally in FMCG QAD or other warehouse management system Proficient in the use of computers including intermediate Excel and OUTLOOK email Positive attitude and team player Happy to take a hands on approach Excellent attention to detail Able to train other employees in correct procedures What we’re about Welcome to RPF, where we believe in keeping it Real.
