Clinical Nurse Educator - Intensive Care This is a Permanent PartTime appointment at 68.4 hours per fortnight. Position Description Identifies strategies to promote and embed a learning culture that supports positive patient outcomes and delivery of a patient centred service. Collaborates with the UnitManager in development and management of orientation and performance development programs to meet the education and training needs of nursing / midwifery staff within the unit. Collaborateswith the Unit Manager to determine personal and professional competencies integral to care delivery in the local unit and required of nursing / midwifery staff. Under the direction of theUnit Manager oversees all individual staff performance appraisaland development activities within the unit. This position seeks professional guidance and professional supervision from the NurseDirector - Education.
