About Goodstart Bayview Heights Our centre accommodates 75 children daily across five rooms with three yards. It features a dedicated Kindergarten yard, abundant shade, natural elements, and loose parts for creative play. It is located near two shopping centres and opposite a local primary school. Flexible working arrangements may be available to support work–life balance. The team includes staff who speak Spanish, English, and First Nations languages, fostering an inclusive environment. The Centre Director provides mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities, models professional standards, and supports continuous learning through training and programs.
