What You'll Be Doing Lead teams across guest experience spaces. Drive operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Coach, support, and collaborate with a tight crew. Be the heartbeat of guest experience—from welcome to wow. Keep processes sharp, communication clear, and energy high. Build memorable moments, not just manage them. Support recruitment and talent development for future growth. The Non-Negotiables RSA + Approved Manager status required. Clear & confident communication style. Natural people-person with a standout personality. Passionate about hospitality that FEELS like hospitality. Loves developing teams and guest experiences. Ambitious, driven, and ready to grow in immersive entertainment. Roster Snapshot 38hr week | 5 days, rotating roster. 2 out of 4 Sundays worked. 1 weekend off per month. Who You Are A senior hospitality operator who also loves a laugh. A gun communicator with a personality guests remember. Hungry, driven, and energised by guest experience hospitality. Ready to lead across multiple concepts and inspire teams. Someone who wants to WORK hard, GROW fast, and HAVE fun doing it.
