About the Role: As our Rostering Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our security teams are in the right place at the right time. Based in our National Operations Centre, you’ll manage rosters across multiple sites, respond to staffing needs, and help maintain service excellence. Your Day‑to‑Day Will Include: Coordinating rosters for security personnel across Australia Managing unplanned absences and short‑notice staffing requests Monitoring fatigue and overtime to support staff wellbeing Ensuring compliance with licensing and training requirements Liaising with Operations Managers and Supervisors to meet site needs Supporting workforce planning during peak periods Maintaining accurate records and contributing to operational meetings What You’ll Bring: Minimum Year 10 education At least 6 months of experience in rostering or scheduling (security or similar industry preferred) Security License, First Aid Certificate, and Driver’s Licence Current security licence of any class is required Current first aid certificate of any type is required Valid driver’s licence of any class is required Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Be part of a nationally respected and growing security provider Supportive, inclusive team culture where your contributions are valued Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Make a real impact in a role that supports national safety and security Ready to Make a Difference?
