We are seeking a Graphic Design & Content Assistant to join our Mosman Head Office. This position plays a vital role in bringing the brand to life through visual assets, both stills (print and digital) and motion. This is a specialist role that requires a, creative thinker, who is excited to test, learn and grow the brand. They will require excellent skills in design, content creation and production assistance, workload planning and time management. By joining CULTIVER, you will be part of a team of hard-working, talented and supportive individuals, and enjoy benefits such as: Hybrid role - 3 days office / 2 days home Employee discount Friends and family discount Birthday leave Annual philanthropy day CULTIVER socials Key Responsibilities Create innovative design concepts and artwork for print and digital assets that differentiate the brand, whilst upholding brand guidelines and channel best practices for website, Meta, Pinterest, digital ads, emails campaigns and flows and journal articles. Direct the visual look and feel of the website including home page imagery and seek ways to improve design or layout of pages (UI). Collaborate on and support delivery of CULTIVER content strategy, with third party creators and internally to ideate, plan, produce and edit ‘low-fi,’ ‘mid-fi,’ and UGC-style content for digital channels. Editing and produce motion graphics; either from raw motion (e.g. creating reels or brand videos) or still files (e.g. creating gifts and engaging motion from stills). Design, test and collaborate on content for email marketing, create and schedule in Klaviyo - including flow and campaign emails - ensuring 100% accuracy of links and tracking. Design, prepare and produce printed material, including packaging and store signage, managing print budgets as applicable. Source and manage print suppliers as appropriate. Stay ahead of creative trends and competitor activity to keep CULTIVER content and graphics innovative and engaging. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or certification in graphic design (or related field) Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an eCommerce business. Experienced and highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workplace and Canva Experience in Klaviyo or similar CRM software is desirable Confident in video editing, photo editing and production Understanding of UI and UX principles desirable Strong verbal and written communicator To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter and portfolio #J-18808-Ljbffr
