We deliver a range of child, family and youth services, family relationship services, school counselling and pastoral care services, social housing, homelessness services, employment and advocacy services across Victoria. The program aims to ensure the wellbeing of individuals, couples and families by minimising the emotional, social and economic costs of disruption to daily functioning and / or relationships. Services are for all community members including from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, indigenous people, low-income earners, sole parents and those living in remote areas. The Team Leader position has portfolio responsibility for the following activities: Family and Relationship Services (FaRS) Family Law Counselling (FLC) Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS) Portfolio programs are located across the following CCV offices: Specifically, the position is responsible for: Coordinating and monitoring caseloads, including providing support, guidance and supervision to staff to ensure positive outcomes, and includes carrying a therapeutic client case load Team leader level responsibility and employee supervision for the Family and Relationship Services (FaRS) and Family Law Counselling (FLC) and Family Mental Health Support Services Contribute to the development of funding proposal submissions, service models, research and innovation Undertake and complete all reporting requirements in accordance with milestones To be considered for this position, you will require: Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or Community Development or similar related discipline Demonstrated experience in providing professional supervision to client-facing staff in the delivery of human services programs Strong understanding of a variety of theoretical frameworks and intervention strategies, including working with children, young people and families Sound understanding of relevant legislative requirements and funding body frameworks and guidelines About CatholicCare Victoria CatholicCare Victoria is a leading and influential provider of charitable and social services in Victoria.
