Events Customer Service Consultant – Cold Display Solutions Peakhurst, NSW Cold Display Solutions is a specialist provider of commercial refrigeration and event hire solutions, supporting major events and small businesses across Australia. We are growing and looking for an organised, people-focused Events Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Peakhurst. Role highlights Competitive salary: $70,000 – $82,000 (depending on experience) Peakhurst location – free onsite parking Monday–Friday, rotating roster (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) – no weekends Comprehensive training program (initial training fully office based) Career growth opportunities – we actively promote from within Fantastic team culture – we respect small business and each other, with helping our clients and staff at our core About the role As an Events Customer Service Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for clients across the events industry, from small local events through to large national activations. Most of your customers will be small business owners, event organisers and members of the public contacting us via inbound phone calls, web enquiries and existing contracts. Day to day, you will: Respond to inbound calls, emails and web enquiries Process orders and bookings accurately and on time Provide product information and basic troubleshooting support Liaise with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and collections Use multiple systems to manage bookings, customer records and contracts Follow up on issues to ensure a timely and professional resolution It is a dynamic and rewarding role where every day is different and you can see the direct impact of your work on successful events. About you You will be someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and can stay organised in a busy environment. You will bring: 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role (phone-based experience highly regarded) A genuine passion for customer service and building long-term relationships Confidence using technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise your own workload The ability to work autonomously while being a supportive team member Competent use of spreadsheets (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets) Experience with Microsoft Office, a CRM system and Xero (or similar accounting software) About Us We’re a small, growing business and we hire people who share our values: Reliability – We do what we say we will do, on time, every time.
