Job opening by KJR for an experienced tester to support client 's Amazon Connect phone system rollout, delivered by CITEC. Key Details Period: January 2026 to August 2026Type of contract: Casual/Contractor Duties & Responsibilities Functional Testing: Validate call flows, IVR menus, routing, agent handling; conduct end‑to‑end and regression testing. Voice Quality Testing: Assess call clarity, latency and other metrics. Network Testing: Perform load testing to simulate peak call volumes and verify network capacity. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate with testing manager to plan, execute UAT and capture user feedback. Performance & Scalability Testing (Optional): Evaluate system performance under varying call volumes and provide optimisation recommendations. Penetration Testing (Optional): Identify vulnerabilities and produce detailed report for remedial action. Monitoring & Reporting During Go‑Live: Real‑time monitoring, support during go‑live phases and deliver detailed post‑phase reports. Collaboration: Work with testing manager and CITEC to execute test scenarios, prioritise defect resolution and access test environments. Key Deliverables Test Case Preparation: Develop comprehensive test cases based on requirements and user stories. Test Execution: Complete functional, performance, voice quality and optional penetration testing per rollout phase. Defect Management: Maintain defect logs with prioritisation and resolution tracking. Reports: Provide regular progress reports to testing manager and a final summary report of testing outcomes including go‑live readiness.
