STP Consultants is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Rockhampton team as either a Junior Structural Draftsperson or a Cadet Structural Engineer. Our Early Careers Program allows you to earn while you learn, combining full-time work with part-time study, gaining hands‑on experience alongside professional development from experienced engineers and drafters.
