The Opportunity Our Physiotherapists work within a supportive team of professionals, passionate about providing the best quality care for patients. You will be responsible for providing high quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and discharge planning across admitted services at Mt Wilga Private Hospital. This position offers the opportunity to work within the Inpatient Orthopaedic & Reconditioning Physiotherapy team. Reporting to the Inpatient Allied Health Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care. You must bring: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA Minimum one (1) years of physiotherapy experience working in a hospital setting Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment programs Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice SIRA registration Remuneration On offer is base hourly rate of $38.26 - $59.62 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
