As a Job Coach at MADEC, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping participants overcome barriers and achieve meaningful, sustained employment. You’ll work with people facing a variety of life challenges that may impact their ability to secure work. Through your support, guidance, and encouragement, participants build confidence, develop skills that improve life outcomes and take steps toward long-term employment. This is a full‑time opportunity to join our Horsham team. Your day‑to‑day will involve: Developing career pathways using SMART goal setting Connecting participants with training, support services, and community resources Guiding participants through resume writing, cover letters, interview preparation, and job applications Providing financial support through our Employment Fund when eligible Coaching, motivating, and empowering participants to achieve their employment goals No prior industry experience? Many people from backgrounds such as retail and hospitality, administration, education and training, and customer service roles across a variety of sectors have thrived in this role, what matters most are your people skills, adaptability, and resilience .
