We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Officer to join our amazing team at the Enfield Warehouse. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Logistics Officer provides end-to-end logistics support across all business branches, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely delivery outcomes. This role plays a key part in coordinating freight, maintaining logistics data, and supporting store openings through accurate tracking and dispatch processes. A strong focus on administration, compliance, and stakeholder communication is essential to achieving operational KPIs. This role will be Monday to Friday and based at our new Enfield location with potential requirement to our Head Office in Pyrmont. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end logistics support for warehouse operations for all business branches. Coordinate logistics planning for all warehouse deliveries to stores. Manage and maintain B2B & B2C freight spending in alignment with KPIs. Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets for all logistics data, including items received and dispatched for new store openings. Manage vendors in accordance with quality procedures and service expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure strong safety awareness and uphold safety prevention standards. Perform administrative tasks related to logistics operations. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2+ years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations with exposure to transport & freight planning. Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proven dispatch, carrier coordination, and order fulfilment expertise. Solid understanding of warehouse systems and KPI reporting. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of WHS and logistics compliance. Strong administrative background in logistics or warehouse operations. Experience with B2B and B2C freight processes. High attention to safety and compliance, ideally supported by a relevant qualification. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong spreadsheet and data tracking capability. Vendor management experience is desirable. Experience in cosmetics, retail, or FMCG logistics environment. Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems.
