To learn more about the home please visit: Bupa St Ives | Dementia Care Sydney About The Role: As a Maintenance Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our residents. Ensure the physical environment for residents is in line with their preferences and is neat, comfortable, safe and hazard free. Landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs and waste removal. Oversee, maintain, assess and provide recommendations on replacement of assets as and when required. Assist in the management of Property Services projects. Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety and Property Services Quality Assurance procedures. Skills and Experience Formal qualifications; and/or relevant skills training or experience. Experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in Occupational Health and Safety. The ability to solve problems independently.
