We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and suite of products designed to enhance our offering to the foodservice industry, including brands such as Primo Caffe, Di Stefano Coffee and more We are looking for a talented Social Media & Content Manager to elevate our brands online. In this role, you’ll create engaging and compelling content, manage multiple social media channels, and drive strong audience interaction and engagement across various platforms. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager and wider team to ensure each brand’s unique voice and identity are consistently represented and strengthened through effective communication. Liaise with designated people across our various brands to collect, manage, and prepare digital material. Develop and execute social media strategies for four brands across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Create high-quality photo and video content, including editing for posts, stories, ads and website content. Take on-site photos and videos around Sydney - edit them for social media and marketing purposes. Plan and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand goals and marketing campaigns. Monitor analytics and performance metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal engagement and reach. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries. Respond to all Google reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure maximum brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing initiatives. Assist in the transition of multiple website upgrades including content migration. Liaise with our digital marketing agency to provide them with content for online advertising initiatives as required. Personal Attributes Highly motivated with good work ethic Creative thinker Be organised with effective time management skills Motivation for getting the job done Adaptable and flexible Excellent computer and graphic skills Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role. Strong photo and video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar. Excellent understanding of social media platforms. Ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining a unique voice for each. Good copywriting skills with a flair for engaging and persuasive content. Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools. Ability to update website content as required. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. The ability to work with other people. Some print design and production experience would be a bonus. A valid Driver’s License and car is required, as regular weekly onsite photos and videos will need to be taken. An appropriate car allowance will be provided.
