A values‑driven business with a mission to guide their members on an exciting wealth‑creation journey, they boast a 4.9 star rating on Google, have garnered great write‑ups in publications such as the AFR and are continuing to go from strength to strength… Duties With somewhere between 1200 and 1400 settlements due in 2025 across different sites and builders, this is a pivotal role to oversee the home build process for their members. You will coordinate all aspects of the construction operation (from head office), ensuring that projects run smoothly and meet expectations. Duties will include: Project Management – act as the primary point of contact, oversee all stages of the build process to ensure builders are delivering on time and track milestones to ensure all resources are in place Offshore Team Management – lead and manage an offshore team, as well as training and systems improvement Member Support – keep clients advised on progress and estimated completion timeframes, resolve issues and manage the defect rectification phase KPI Monitoring – establish and track KPI’s for the home build process and the offshore team Specific requirements Proven experience working with a national home builder (directly engaging with purchasers and site supervisors) Knowledge of National Building Regulations Experience in escalation management and ability to use CRM’s to track all deliverables Previous success in team management (onshore and offshore) Able to attend an office in the city 2–3 days a week Inspiring role, supporting clients in their wealth‑creation journeys Generous salary on offer for the right candidate Hybrid work environment (convenient CBD office location on bus & train routes for the days you go in) Incredible office space with lots of natural light, breakout space and full kitchen / dining area (also a coffee shop in the lobby) Great workplace culture To be considered, please click the APPLY button. #J-18808-Ljbffr
