What You’ll Do Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the focus of this role is to provide brokers with efficient support to ensure the ongoing growth of the portfolio. In addition, you will: Assist in the preparation and administration of all insurance related documentation. Process all orders, invoicing, reconciliations, debtor follow ups and an array of ad hoc tasks. Develop your market knowledge and expertise in domestic and commercial insurance. What You’ll Bring To be successful you will demonstrate experience in a similar administration role preferably within financial services and ideally with strong insurance knowledge. You will: Have extensive administration experience, insurance industry advantageous. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, with a hands‑on approach to your work. Be able to work autonomously with an action‑oriented approach. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Meet strict deadlines while actioning multiple segments of work.
