We supply, install, and service the world’s leading brands in commercial automation, including Record and ASSA ABLOY , working closely with Tier 1 builders, architects, and major clients across the state. Our continued growth has been driven by innovation, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to customer service — and we’re now looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Perth team. Role and Responsibilities Estimating and quoting automatic door packages to fabricators, builders, and end users Monitoring tender portals and generating new leads Following up and managing sales leads and quote requests Conducting site visits with Technicians, Consultants, or Customers as required Liaising with subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers Undertaking site measurements and assessing site conditions Specifying architectural hardware into commercial projects Presenting technical information to architects, builders, fabricators, glaziers, and customers Working exclusively with commercial customers (no residential work) Skills and Experience Excellent work ethic, “can-do” attitude, and willingness to learn Strong focus on customer service and building long-term relationships High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Mechanical and electrical aptitude Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Experience using estimating software packages Prior experience in automatic doors or architectural hardware is highly regarded Applicants with technical sales or estimation backgrounds (electrical, glazing, fabrication, mechanical, etc.) are encouraged to apply (Previously held titles may include Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Architectural Hardware Specification, or Estimator.)
