These awards bring a secure 10‑year pipeline of work. We are searching for a proven Design Manager to join the team, and with AECOM’s flexibility you can base yourself in any of our offices in the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth. Key Responsibilities Utilise your water infrastructure expertise, leadership, coordination and communication skills to successfully engage and guide project delivery teams, whilst working closely with end clients and contractors. Be responsible for overall design delivery, having ultimate carriage on any design project decisions. Ensure projects are delivered within the constraints of quality, time and budget. Work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team for delivery of the projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience. Experience in water infrastructure engineering and design. Proven track record in the successful delivery of large projects on time, within budget and outstanding quality. Excellent communication skills and high quality technical and non‑technical report writing. Client relationship / management skills and experience.
