Iconic Water Solutions delivers comprehensive water treatment and infrastructure services, including the design, construction, and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment facilities across Western Australia. The Opportunity Lead and deliver end-to-end water infrastructure projects - from planning through to commissioning and client handover.You’ll coordinate design, fabrication, and delivery teams, ensuring projects run safely, on time, and to specification.This is a hands‑on, delivery-focused role where you’ll drive collaboration between engineering, workshop, and site teams to achieve right‑first‑time outcomes. What You’ll Do Manage full project lifecycle – scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and client relationships. Develop project programs, milestones, and deliverables; oversee ITPs and compliance. Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors across fabrication and site delivery phases. Liaise with design/drafting to resolve constructability issues and ensure readiness for build. Oversee commissioning, test packs, and client handovers with strong documentation control. Manage budgets, procurement, and change control, track variations and approvals. Drive safety and quality standards across workshop and field operations. Build strong relationships with clients and vendors to identify new project opportunities. What You’ll Bring Experience managing water, wastewater, or related process infrastructure projects. Background in mechanical, civil, or process delivery environments preferred. Trade, diploma, or degree background in mechanical, civil, or process disciplines. Strong project management capability - scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and delivery. Understanding of fabrication, installation, and commissioning environments. Clear communication skills with leadership presence across diverse teams. Competency in MS Project and Office 365; CAD literacy for mark‑ups desirable. White Card and C‑Class driver’s licence; able to travel to regional WA project sites. A proactive, solution‑focused mindset with a passion for practical delivery.
