About The Role As our Clerical Supervisor, you’ll be an integral member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing the smooth daily operations of the clinic. You’ll lead a small, dynamic administrative team and help establish efficient workflows, ensuring patients receive the highest level of care and service. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will help shape the clinic’s culture, drive excellence in customer service, and implement best practices in administration and patient management. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and mentor a team of clerical staff. Manage all aspects of front desk operations and practice administration. Oversee appointment bookings, patient record management, and Medicare billing. Maintain a positive, patient-focused environment. Contribute to continuous improvement of clinic processes and service delivery. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in health administration or a supervisory role (radiology or medical setting preferred). Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
