Lumus Imaging have an exciting opportunity to join ourQueensland head office team in Milton, Brisbane as a Accreditation and Administration Office r for QLD & WA. We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support regulatory compliance, accreditation, and licensing across our medical imaging network. This diverse role works closely with the State Manager and Quality Team to ensure our centres operate to the highest national standards. Key Responsibilties Staff Registration & Licensing Maintain the Regulatory Compliance Database (RCD). Update registration records monthly using new hire/termination data. Track Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) licence renewals. Support future integration into the DayForce platform. Company Licensing Maintain company possession licences and monitor expiry dates. Submit applications to add or remove equipment. Record RSO equipment compliance tests. LSPN Management Maintain the State Equipment Register. Process LSPN (Licenced Service Provider Number) equipment amendments. Manage LSPN registrations for Medicare-eligible MRI services. Complete annual LSPN renewals. Liaise with the Department of Health for exemption applications. DIAS Accreditation Maintain the State Accreditation Register. Manage DIAS (Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme) entry-level and full-suite submissions. Liaise with QIP to ensure continuous accreditation. Quality Audits Conduct monthly audits for QLD and WA. Collate audit evidence for DIAS readiness. Maintain the state audit summary. MRI Licences Liaise with the Department of Health as required. Staff Uniforms Act as Queensland Uniform Coordinator. Create and manage uniform accounts for new staff. Maintain staff records in the Designs for You portal. Assist with uniform entitlements, orders, and queries.
