Job Type: Permanent – Part Time Location: Gloucester, NSW (Gateway to World Heritage Barrington Tops) Roster: Monday 6:00 am – 1:30 pm & Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (Perfect for a 3‑day off every week) Responsibilities Crafting and presenting high‑quality food, focusing on fresh, seasonal produce. Upholding impeccable food hygiene, safety, and strict dietary guidelines. Maintaining a spotless kitchen environment. Delivering fast, effective, and positive service to our residents. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar professional kitchen environment. Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and communication skills.
