Overview Are you passionate about Shopify and building enterprise-level e-commerce solutions? We’re looking for a senior E-Commerce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Shopify projects. This fully remote role lets you shape the architecture, guide development teams, and solve real technical challenges from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead the technical design of Shopify and Shopify Plus projects, including headless setups and custom integrations. Work closely with developers, guiding implementation and reviewing solutions to ensure they’re scalable and maintainable. Collaborate with UX designers and functional teams to ensure requirements are achievable and aligned with Shopify capabilities. Support testing, integration, and deployment activities to make launches smooth and reliable. Break down technical tasks, size efforts accurately, and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Be the go-to technical advisor, solving challenges and helping the team deliver quality solutions. Qualifications Hands-on experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus, including Liquid, APIs, headless patterns, and integrations. Solid understanding of the Shopify app ecosystem and extensibility surfaces (Checkout UI, Customer Account, Shopify Functions). Ability to translate business requirements into practical, maintainable technical solutions. Experience mentoring or guiding developers and leading technical decisions. Strong problem-solving and communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working fully remotely and managing your own priorities.
