Established in 2011, we operate globally and are focused on delivering quality products and a streamlined customer experience. This role is based at our Frenchs Forest, Sydney headquarters. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our growing digital and e‑commerce team. This role plays a critical part in analysing business requirements, designing and integrating enterprise systems, and delivering scalable technology solutions that support data‑driven decision making and operational efficiency. Internally titled Solutions Architect & Analyst, the position focuses on systems analysis, solution design, integration, and optimisation across our e‑commerce and business intelligence platforms. Key Responsibilities Analyse business processes, systems, and data requirements to identify improvement opportunities Design, develop, and implement end‑to‑end IT and data solutions aligned to business needs Integrate multiple enterprise systems to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and interoperability Work closely with stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, and leadership to gather requirements and define technical specifications Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and performance metrics Monitor system performance, conduct testing and validation, and ensure quality assurance standards are met Document system designs, processes, and technical solutions Support continuous improvement initiatives through system optimisation and automation Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools Skills & Experience Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Systems Analyst, ICT Business Analyst, or similar role Strong experience in analysing and designing business systems and enterprise solutions Experience working with data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) Understanding of system integration, data flows, and process automation Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving capabilities Experience in e‑commerce or digital platforms highly regarded Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s or higher) Why Join Us?
