We are seeking compassionate and community-focused volunteers to provide essential phone-based support to our aged care clients, ensuring they feel connected and valued. About the Role: As a Customer Care Officer, you will play a vital role in checking in with our aged care customers through regular phone calls. These conversations help foster a sense of community, address any concerns, and ensure our clients feel supported and heard. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular phone check-ins with aged care clients. Provide a friendly and empathetic ear to listen to their needs and feedback. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Identify and report any concerns or issues to management. Support initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and well‑being. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and listening skills. A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to client interaction. Strong attention to detail for recording client information.
