We operate Summer Springs (regional spring-water delivery) and Coffee Bean Roasting House (specialty coffee roasting + cafés). We’re a close-knit, supportive team - small enough to care, large enough to matter - with real opportunities to grow. Our admin and customer service team is the heart of our business. You’ll be joining a crew that values good people, good work, and helping each other succeed. The Role You’ll work full-time in our Dubbo office while completing either a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Business . Your day-to-day will include: Customer service (phone, email, problem-solving) Learning office systems (Industry Software, Shopify, MS Office) Supporting deliveries and scheduling Helping customers, drivers, and managers Building genuine, job-ready business admin skills This is a trainable role - we don’t expect experience. We expect attitude: reliable, positive, switched-on. Who This Is Perfect For School leavers (Year 11 or 12) People who want to learn on the job Anyone keen to build a long-term career in business, admin, HR, sales, operations or customer service Someone who enjoys helping others and being part of a team Eligibility To start a Traineeship in NSW, you must be: An Australian citizen or permanent resident Not already holding a qualification higher than Certificate IV Able to commit to full-time employment while studying If you’re not sure — apply anyway.
