A caring personality and a genuine love for helping others. Fluent English skills, both written and verbal. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and follow guidance. Willingness to learn personal care as well as complex and high‑needs support. A valid driver’s licence, reliable 4‑door vehicle, and comprehensive insurance. Strong customer service skills and the ability to follow procedures. Availability to work mainly weekdays, with occasional weekends as required. Have a valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid Certificate, and National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
