Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary – Brighton TAS Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary is an ethical tourism enterprise, dedicated to the conservation of native species, through wildlife rescue and rehabilitation, education, and experiences that connect people and wildlife. To support the growth and sustainability of our business, we are seeking expressions of interest from candidates with guest services and/or business administration experience. Employed on a permanent, full-time basis, you will play a key hands‑on role in our Business & Guest Services team, which acts as the first point of contact for visitors to our Wildlife Sanctuary. Leveraging your past experience in service‑oriented roles, you will coordinate group bookings, book tours and help to manage events. A dual focussed position, you will also be required to provide practical administrative support to our leaders and their teams. Selection Criteria Well‑developed organisational skills including the capacity to effectively prioritise and multitask in a fast‑paced, dynamic business environment Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to multiple internal stakeholders and business units Minimum of 2+ years of experience in service or customer facing roles is required Demonstrated competence in the use of Microsoft Office and the Google suite of office products (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.) Australian citizens and permanent residents only are eligible for this position Based in Brighton, Tasmania – around 30 minutes north of the Hobart CBD – it is essential that you have your own reliable transport to get to and from work.
