Who You Are A PhD in Systems Engineering with a focus on test and evaluation, or closely related discipline, plus relevant work experience. Demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. Experience engaging and inspiring students from diverse backgrounds. Track record in research and HDR student supervision with high-quality, high-impact outcomes and evidence of research leadership. Ability to work in a team, collaborate across disciplines, and build effective relationships with industry and the profession. Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
