Recruitment Consultant Salary: HSO Level G4 $90,666 - $96,409 per annum Location: Perth | Work type: Fixed Term – Full Time | Pool Ref | Closing Date: 4:00 PM We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Health Support Services (HSS) Workforce and Organisational Development Business Unit. This fixed‑term pool role may carry the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. About HSS HSS is the Western Australian Government agency providing shared services to the state’s public health system. We deliver financial, ICT, procurement, supply and workforce services to more than 65,000 employees across WA’s public health services and hospitals. Your new role The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for: Working in partnership with customers to deliver a streamlined, customer‑focused, timely and efficient end‑to‑end recruitment service. Being the customer’s single point of contact throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment process. Processing the transactional components of end‑to‑end recruitment activities, direct appointments and employee contract variations. Providing an advisory service on recruitment, selection and appointment processes in accordance with legislative and regulatory frameworks governing public sector employment.
