We are seeking a team member who is graduated (ideally Masters in Accounting) and/or has experience working on various clients providing accounting, payroll and management reporting services. You have initiative and your financial accounting/management accounting experience will help you take ownership of this role. You understand the accounting industry and will bring fresh, innovative ideas to provide the firm and clients a value added service. We service clients in Australia, New Zealand and United States in multiple industries. You will work directly with the founder, who has extensive experience leading global companies and is a thought leader in the management consulting and accounting services industries. The industry is changing, and we want our clients to experience strong future financial health in their businesses. We assist clients to grow profitability through focussed outsourced CFO advisory services. The role The role will require an accounting to balance sheet skill level with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role ideally in a commercial role. Outstanding communication skills will be a key requirement to thrive in this role. This is a full function management accounting role in which you will be responsible for your own client portfolio. This will require working onsite with clients when necessary. You will be required to undertake the following tasks: Setting clients up on Xero and processing data through Hubdoc and on Xero. Reconciliations of all accounts. Reviewing and implementing new procedures to ensure quality management. Preparation of month end financial reports and management packs for clients. Payroll & HR services. Cash flow management and forecasting. Accounts payable and accounts receivable management. Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and budgets. Managing client relationships. Accurately record entries required by accounting standards and applicable legislation and regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
