We specialise in both commercial and residential projects, we deliver top‑quality air conditioning and plumbing solutions across residential and commercial projects. What We’re Looking For: Apprentices (2nd or 3rd‑year) eager to gain hands‑on experience in plumbing and HVAC, including split system installs, mechanical plumbing, and general plumbing work. Experienced Tradesmen with strong plumbing and HVAC experience, capable of hitting the ground running and delivering top‑quality work. Skills & Knowledge : A solid grasp of HVAC systems, plumbing codes, and safety regulations, plus excellent problem‑solving abilities. Team Player : Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor—because we believe in working hard and having a good laugh together Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair a variety of HVAC systems, including reverse‑cycle ducted systems and evaporative coolers. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues while ensuring all work complies with relevant codes and regulations. Collaborate with team members and maintain accurate records of your work. Requirements: Fully qualified and Victorian registered Mechanical Plumber with HVAC experience or an eager apprentice with a passion for learning. Valid driver’s licence and a Construction WorkSafe (White) Card. Friendly people skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills.
