About the role We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the friendly and supportive team at our Juniper Sarah Hardey Residential Aged Care Facility in Kelmscott. The home features 64 large single rooms with ensuites and takes pride in providing individualized support through our person-centered care approach. Whilst working as an Enrolled Nurse you will provide professional nursing care for residents within the scope of your Enrolled Nurse registration. You will provide guidance and supervision to care staff; ensuring person-centered care principles are embraced and embedded during service provision to residents. Whilst working in this rewarding role you will assist with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in the Residential care setting. This is a permanent part time position with the ideal candidate for this role being an experienced Enrolled Nurse. Key Responsibilities Provision of clinical care to residents according to care plan Safe administration of medications Completion of required documentation Carer support and supervision Compliance with Occupational, Safety and Health requirements Key Requirements Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA Previous experience in aged care – desirable Wound care experience - desirable Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards Understand the principles of Occupational Safety and Health in a health care setting Strong communication, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork Excellent time management What's on offer per hour - depending on experience, plus 11.5% superannuation Non-profit values driven Western Australian aged care provider Salary Packaging up to $18,550 per annum tax free Health Insurance discounts Free parking on site How to apply If you would like more information about this role please contact Emma in recruitment by email or by phone on People of all ages and cultures are encouraged to apply.
