Duties and Responsibilities Provide specialist advice and coordinate the comprehensive review of research grant applications to ensure compliance with funding guidelines and eligibility requirements. Deliver strategic feedback, writing support, and critical editing to strengthen the clarity, quality, and competitiveness of submissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with researchers, faculties, and external funding bodies, offering expert guidance on funding schemes and application processes. Contribute to the enhancement of pre‑award systems and processes, interpret complex funding policies, and develop high‑quality documentation to support research funding initiatives. About You Extensive experience in research administration or research management, with in-depth knowledge of grant application processes and funding frameworks. Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive advice and foster positive stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including the capacity to interpret complex policies and offer well‑informed strategic recommendations. Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated capability to review, edit, and refine grant applications for accuracy, compliance, and impact. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to a culture of support, quality, and continuous improvement. High proficiency in administrative systems and software, including word processing, data management, and spreadsheet applications.
