About The Role The Hobart Clinic is seeking to appoint a Clinical Nurse Specialist — Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to join our team in Hobart. The Clinical Nurse Specialist — TMS will coordinate and deliver TMS services at The Hobart Clinic, ensuring all aspects of the service are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and client-centred. This role reports to the Executive Manager — Hospital Operations and Director of Nursing and is a senior member of the Clinic’s nursing team. We are looking for a passionate and driven Registered Nurse with: Relevant postgraduate qualification or experience in mental health and TMS Experience providing clinical leadership and resource management Experience in clinical mentorship/coaching Advanced clinical decision-making skills and ability to work autonomously Commitment to delivering recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to liaise with and develop therapeutic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, patients, and families About The Hobart Clinic The Hobart Clinic Association Limited is a Not-For-Profit Company Limited by Guarantee and registered charity.
