About the Role Domestic Assistant (Home Cleaner) – Join HenderCare’s home care team to provide domestic assistance services to clients throughout the Melbourne metro area. The role is casual, Monday to Friday (no weekends), with weekly pay every Friday. Location Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Responsibilities Travel to clients’ homes throughout the day to provide basic household services. Ensure homes remain clean, hygienic, and in a homely condition according to each client’s needs and wishes. Perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and toilet cleaning, bed‑making, dishwashing, laundry, ironing, hanging clothes, meal preparation assistance, and unaccompanied shopping. Qualifications Previous domestic cleaning experience. Ability to drive to and from suburbs throughout Melbourne Metro. Availability to work casually, attending 1‑3 hour shifts per client. Understanding and willingness to support the elderly and people with a disability. Must have a reliable smartphone to access the AlayaCare App. Unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence and your own vehicle. Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months).
