Charles Hull Contracting is currently seeking applications for an experienced, highly organised, and efficient Graduate Civil Engineer to permanently join our team on site at our Alcoa RSA10 Wagerup Service Contract on a 5/2 roster. Responsibilities Subcontractor engagement and management Submitting estimates for minor earthworks and capital projects around the Alumina refinery and residue deposition areas Tracking productivity metrics and generating cost‑saving initiatives Attend weekly site‑based client and internal meetings Supplying QA/QC packages at completion of capital projects such as drainage systems Daily reporting on work completion status Working alongside supervisors on the delivery of scopes of works Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications About you Current WDrivers license Degree in Civil Engineering or similar Good communication skills for working alongside suppliers, supervisors and client Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and reporting skills Must be eligible to work in Australia Must have the ability to pass a pre‑employment medical & drug and alcohol screening Why You’ll Love Working With Us Be an integral part of the day‑to‑day operations with a respected contractor Competitive remuneration package Company vehicle, laptop and phone 5 days on / 2 days off (Monday – Friday) Be home every night Supportive work environment with career development prospects Ready to get in and see what you got?
