You’ll play a key role in developing and facilitating programs within the tech school, supporting student‑centered STEM education using design‑based learning strategies. You will also engage stakeholders and the public through innovative use of online channels, exhibition spaces, and events. Key Responsibilities Develop student-centered learning experiences and concepts through prototyping and digital/visual media. Promote STEM and innovation within Melbourne Polytechnic and tech‑school partnerships. Collaborate in the development of tech‑school learning programs embedding design, innovation, and enterprise skills. Plan and execute tech‑school events and activities. Work with secondary students and teachers to facilitate inquiry-based projects. Provide guidance on presenting and exhibiting resources online and within tech‑schools. Skills and Experience Required Relevant qualifications and/or experience in design, STEM education, science and technology fields. Ability to confidently communicate complex concepts and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Experience delivering and evaluating engaging learning activities and exhibits. Strong digital, interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination, and continuous improvement principles. Additional Requirements A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).
